This began as a chef’s vision: to take fine dining out of the ordinary and place it where it rarely goes — aboard a sailing yacht. Not in a restaurant, not behind city glass, but in a space where every detail matters and nothing distracts.
The yacht itself is more than a vessel. She has been reimagined as a dining room adrift, her black hull and brass details carrying an atmosphere of intimacy and calm. Inside, a single table waits — not for a crowd, but for a select few who value presence over noise.
Our story is about slowing down. About giving couples and small groups the chance to savour not just food, but the setting, the silence, the sense of being at sea while the world stays ashore.
